Mexican Fajitas

Prep Time: 5 hours
2 lbs. venison, pheasant or any wild game meat
2 T. Fajita seasoning
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips (optional)
1 red pepper, cut in
strips (optional)
flour tortillas
salsa
guacamole
sour cream
Marinate wild game meat in Fajita seasoning for several hours. Stir fry
in a hot skillet until meat is no longer pink. Add onion slices and either
green or red pepper strips. Serve on flour tortillas with salsa, guacamole
and sour cream.
